Shipping

  • As soon as you make a Forcis purchase, our fulfillment center immediately processes your order to get your gear delivered asap. Ground orders can take up to 3-4 business days to be packed and shipped. Tracking emails can take up to 5 days to be received after a ground order is placed.

All orders ship from Southern California. Once shipped, ground shipments can take as little as 4-5 days to destinations within California and up to 5-10 business days to locations on the East Coast.

Expedited shipments must be placed by 9 am Eastern Time to be processed on the same business day. If the order is placed after 9 am EST or on a holiday or weekend it will ship out the next business day.

For 2-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 2-3 business days from the shipment date. For 3-day shipments, the shipping timeframe is 3-4 business days from the shipment date. US Federal Holidays do not count towards the shipping timeframe, please take this into consideration when placing your order near an upcoming holiday.

We know that shipping times are important to our customers, so we are constantly working to improve the speed at which our gear makes it to your front door.

  • Our free shipping policy applies to all orders within the contiguous United States for orders over $75+.

Returns & Exchanges

  • We stand behind our quality and comfort, so if you are not satisfied with your clothes, send it back to us. Please email hello@forcisapparel.com to request a return. Please state your reason, if any, and we are more than happy to return.

  • Refunds for returns are processed within 5-7 business days after we receive your package. If you have any questions regarding your refund, or do not see your refund within 10 business days, please contact us at hello@forcisapparel.com.

  • We pride ourselves on our product quality. That means we want you to love the fit, fabric, and performance of our products whatever your pursuit. If you are not satisfied with your Forcis purchase, simply send it back for a refund or online credit. We accept online returns within a 30 day period for a refund back to the original form of payment.

    *All Sale items are final sale and do not qualify for refund or store credit.

    Can I change or cancel order?
Once an order has been placed, we are unable to make modifications. Please contact us at hello@forcisapparel.com so we can assist you in an order cancellation or issue a refund.

Payments

  • Installments with Affirm is a service that allows you to make purchases now and pay for them in 4 payments made every 2 weeks without any interest. 

  • Simply shop online and add items to your cart and checkout as normal. At the checkout choose Affirm as your payment method. First-time customers will need to register with Affirm and provide payment details, as usual, returning customers simply log in to make their purchase.


    Please note that all items in your cart must be eligible for Installments with Affirm. A minimum purchase amount may apply and you must meet additional eligibility requirements to qualify. 

  • Installments with Affirm can only be applied to purchases made on our website.

  • Affirm is only offered to our customers who have a US billing address, US shipping address, a US Visa or Mastercard (credit or debit card), or American Express and a US mobile phone number. Customers with international billing addresses, shipping addresses, and/or phone numbers will not be able to set up an account with Affirm. 

  • All customers are required to make their first payment at the time of purchase, with the remaining three payments deducted every two weeks from your chosen payment method. If you choose to make additional payments before your scheduled pay dates, you may do so through your Affirm account.
    You can log in to your Affirm account to view your payment schedule and make a payment before the due date if you choose to do so.

  • Affirm orders are delivered as per our standard shipping time after you complete your order online.

  • Affirm is not available on purchases of gift cards. If you are purchasing gift cards along with Affirm eligible products, you will need to place two separate orders. Please note that currently we only sell gift cards in our retail stores.

  • Yes, transaction value limits apply to purchases made using Affirm. 

  • If you have changed your mind, you can return your Affirm purchase in-store or by mail for a refund. Please check that your return or exchange meets our Return policy here. Affirm will be notified of your return and will process the appropriate refunds. Please do not return your purchase to Affirm.
    If you believe there is fault or concern with your Affirm purchase payment, please contact Affirm customer support at Affirm.com.

  • If funds are not available or you otherwise do not make your payment when it is due, late fees may apply. Click here for complete terms.

  • Affirm will be notified once your refund is processed. Your payment plan will be automatically adjusted to reflect the new total order value starting with the last payment and working backward. In the case where a refund amount is larger than 25% of the total order, Affirm will eliminate the fourth installment payment and apply the remaining amount to your earlier payments.

    Due to global supply chain challenges, shipping times could be longer than usual.

  • All our products are subject to quality control.

    Our warranty provides a guarantee against manufacturer defects.

    The guarantee covers any manufacturing, design, or material defect. Please notify us within 2 months of noticing any defects.

    It does not cover blows, improper use, or other issues that are not attributable to a manufacturer defects.

  • Yes, we offer full and partial refunds.

  • We use all major carriers, and local courier partners. Use the shipping estimator in the cart to check your shipping rates.
